Brendan was magnificent and the finish is flawless. He has a real talent and I think his quality of work is good enough for a high market.
We have a house that's only ten years old but the flooring finishes were very poor. From one wall in the kitchen to another, there is a difference of 1 inch or more in the level. Before Brendan tiled the kitchen, the uneven level needed to be sorted and it was. We also had Brendan install laminate flooring in the sitting room, hall and upstairs.
I found Brendan online. I had been considering doing the work myself, but I saw photographs of work that he had done and decided to bring him in to get a quote. After meeting with Brendan and discussing the project, my wife and I decided to go with him.
We had an idea of the colours and quality of materials we wanted.
Brendan brought samples over, told us what would wear better and was helpful with regards to practicalities.
I would give Brendan a 9 out of 10, nearly full marks. He was magnificent and the finish is flawless. He has a good design ascetic, a real talent and I think his quality of work is good enough for a high market. Brendan is an easy going, nice guy to work with and a great one for asking advice of.
The biggest benefit to me was the detailed leveling and getting things flush that I wouldn't have been able to do myself had I done the job. Brendan was also able to give me soundproofing advice on the laminate flooring we had installed upstairs. We ended up putting a membrane on it.
I would of course, definitely. He does a great job and his prices are very good.
