The biggest benefit to me was that the work was carried out to such a high level. Brendan worked very neatly as well. We're delighted with the workmanship.
We had laminate wooden flooring installed in our apartment and tiling in the bathroom.
I found Brendan on the pickapro website. I had wanted to find someone local and Brendan was close to where I live. The testimonials on Brendan's site sounded happy so I got in touch with him to discuss the project. After seeing the site and taking measurements, he gave me a quote that was very reasonable and I agreed to go with him.

He did, yes. Brendan said I should visit a shop in the Ballymount Industrial Estate and he advised me on what to keep in mind and look for. He also advised us to tile the bathroom which we hadn't even considered.
Very well. Brendan was reliable, arrived on time every day and the work was completed in just over a week. Brendan worked very neatly as well. He just worked in one room at a time so there was always somewhere for us to go. For instance, when he was cutting tiles for the bathroom, he would do it outside on the balcony to keep the dust down.
Brendan was also very helpful around the house and he put up some shelves for us in the hot press. Everything was very manageable and we're delighted with the workmanship.
