What type of work did the project involve? Brendan put down semi-solid wooden floors in the whole house, upstairs and downstairs.

How did you choose Trinity Wood Flooring? We got three quotes in total. First of all, Brendan gave us a good quote and also we just liked him as a person. We trusted him and he just seemed very nice and professional.

Had you definite ideas before you talked to Trinity Wood Flooring? We kind of knew what we wanted.

Did Trinity Wood Flooring suggest new ideas? Brendan was great in terms of giving us ideas about things, and advising us as well on good quality floors and where we could get them. Originally, we were thinking of sourcing them from Germany where we could have got them for a good price. Brendan saw the floors we'd picked, and he said we could get a better floor from a certain shop in Dublin for a better price. So in the end we went with the floor he recommended and we were very happy with it.

He had good ideas as well in terms of the work. How to do the staircase for example, he did a good job there.

How did the project run in terms of practicalities like scheduling and workmanship? Good. We were very pleased with his work. I really don't have anything to complain about. We would have liked Brendan to stay on at for a couple of days the end because we decided to do the kitchen as well, but he didn't have time to do that, because he was booked into another job.

What's your favourite part now? The stairs, definitely! They look really special.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Trinity Wood Flooring It was his overall advice on things and his creativity in some ways as well. He had good ideas in terms of design.

Would you recommend Trinity Wood Flooring? I would definitely recommend Brendan. And I would definitely get him to do another job for us if it arose.
